Now if you deregulate the Hoxd4 promoter would is still play with chromatin, or would it elimintate neural differentiation altogether?

jamal, hehe (great question actually, you should consider becoming a mad scientist)..well..they break up, but remain "friends".. and it doesnt completely eliminate cos hoxd4's twin (hoxb4) comes to the rescue :)
