The world is freakin' tiny

or is it just a Lebanese thing?
I mean it happened before, but I must say this just tops it all.
and the thing is, I wasn't even trying!
Really, if you would like to know what happened to that old friend of yours, or if you're curious as to someone's whereabouts, all you need to do is mention their name randomly and you'll get wayyyy more than you asked for. it may just as well be that the person you just mentioned happens to be hanging out in the same room with the person you're talking to.
I'm sure you guys have a few serendipities of your own.
It's not funny.
It's funny.

or it's you..
there's a childhood friend I lost touch with, how much you charge for your services... and do you deliver?!

I know what you mean. The other day I was imitating..okay I was mocking this older guy that has a major crush on my best friend.
He has a very distinctive accent and her name is Sandy so I started singing "Sandy". As I was standing there imitating him he walked in behind me. Dude doesn't even go to my school! What were the chances of him being there for a conference?! The world is a small place indeed!

What are the odds that Mar works for the same company I work for...only in a different continent alltogether!

What are the odds of running into someone I had met in Montreal in the middle of the Champs Elysees in Paris...

What are the odds that almost every single person I have met here in Dubai knows someone I've met in the past?

The world is a tiny place...
