Montreal, this morning..

"the sun will come out
tomorrow
bet your bottom dollar
that tomorrow..."

it's 8 degrees C, but hey, it did stop raining!

It was freezing this morning. It's so deceivingly sunny! But hey, it's sunny. I like how he's looking up, waiting for the sun to come out.

Maybe we should all move to California and start some kind of an all Lebanese think tank?

I like the cow reminds me of the traveling cow exhibit. I hope to make it to Canada one day...b/c as Lewis Black is fond of saying, "even drunk and on a dare everybody makes it to Canada!"

My parents are in Upstate New York - just a few hours South of you. They tell me that the weather has been absolutely miserable there, between the pouring rain and the cold, and that it even dropped into the 30s (fahrenheit) the other night. We're flying in for a visit, and I can't believe I have to think about bringing fleeces and sweaters in June!

I feel for you Laila. May is the time when all you want is to sit on a bench and enjoy the sun on your face. I can't believe it's still 8 degrees!

Over here, it's around 38 degrees and humid, and disgusting!

The only consolation for you is that in a couple of weeks, you'll have amazingly beautiful weather, whereas here, it'll only start getting hotter and more disgusting.
