7abibteh, you're not having a quarter life crisis, you're having a "I'm too beautiful and smart and cool and awesome and amazing and everyone in the world from career to friends to family to lovers are idiots and plain and normal and uninteresting"... which is true, cause you are beautifl and smart and cool and awesome and amazing and unique. So fuck this life that's giving you a crisis, you should be giving it a crisis.

Laila, hey Laila -
ring them bells
the sound is like small silver and golden droplets.
I am in a 1/3rd crisis myself, but I blame it all on waiting for spring to finally arrive.
Hang in there my precious stranger. As it is with any crisis, they will eventually pass.

Hmm, wait a minute SAAD - not so quick...
A crisis is a temporary short term situation, a catastrophe can be long term. That's how I look at it anyway.
So a crisis isn't determent to give away my age - it is the other way around. My age invigorated the the crisis, which then again will pass ... as time pases.
So no, even if I were 33 1/3rd old, I didn't experience my whole life as a crisis, even though I went through a few.
Does the "midlife crisis" for you start with 50?
You are a clever man!

"Saad", your logic is flawed and has absolutely no basis at least because of the following:

firstly, "life" is not defined as 100 years, the latter being a century. Since none of the above said "a *** century" crisis, but "a *** life" crisis, your equating life to 100 years is without basis.

Secondly, even if we were to imply that "life" is 100 years, this would be under the assumption that humans live on average 100 years. However,we all know that this is not true, therefore, those with general knowledge about life would understand that "life" is not 100 years, and thus a quarter life, for example, is not 25 years.

Thirdly, with the advances in genetics and gene therapy, and discovering new ways of extending life, perhaps indefinitely, by, for example, telomere therapy, life is becoming an indefinite number, and thus a fraction of a life is also indefinite.

In conclusion, well... there's no conclusion, I just don't like your name so =P
