what happenned to the valium i thought it worked
insomnia is the story of my life ever since I was a kid. nothing helped. I understand, i feel your pain, and I love what and how your write.
however insomnia has a good facet. we get to observe and listen when everybody is asleep.
i agree with rouba
" The Cure for Insomnia, directed by John Henry Timmis IV, is officially the world's longest film, according to the Guinness Book of Records, as of its release in 1987. Running 5220 minutes (87 hours) in length, the film has no plot, instead consisting of artist L. D. Groban reading his lengthy poem "A Cure for Insomnia" over the course of three and a half days, spliced with occasional clips from heavy metal and pornographic videos.
It was first played in its entirety at The School of the Art Institute in Chicago, Illinois from January 31 to February 3, 1987 in one continuous showing. It is not clear whether or not the movie has been shown since then. Considering that a DVD disc can only hold up to five hours of video at mild quality, The Cure for Insomnia would fill around 18 discs.
The film is shot entirely on video, and its intended purpose actually was to help cure insomnia. It is therefore disputed as to whether or not The Cure for Insomnia should even be considered as a candidate for the world's longest film."
laila each time i've read makes different impression....

the forbidden word ;)
how are you layoul?
i was an insomniac as a kid and still suffer a fair bit from lack of sleep - too often by choice..
its like im afraid that the world will abandon me while i close my eyes.. sometimes i feel like i am clinging to whatever is happening.. in case it happens without me..
and then i notice that while i was busy clinging.. the world was busy happening..
;)
